MAKE A DEFAULT DIMENSION ON PURCHASE ORDERS

I have searched and followed directions from a few posts that have to do with Dimensions. None of them got me what I needed.

I need to set a default dimension for all newly created purchase orders. All help is appreciated.

    Basically I need my Ship-to address on my Purchase order to be changed and set to be default every time.  

    Will setting a default dimension on one of the CoA accomplish this?

    No changing dimension will not set the ship-to address it will depend on the sales order and the sell-to customer no. on the purchase order.
