Hi,
I am trying to assist a Microsoft Dynamics POS 2009 user change credit card processors in the software. Can someone walk me through the process?

The options for switching is limited. Which processor is the client switching too.
Goto: Mananger View -> Settings -> Store Settings ->Options. Then a new windows opens.
Click Payment on the left. In the bottom part of the window, select the Processor and click configure.
FDMS probably wont work, because they wont board a new POS2009 client and the work around didnt work for me last time (about 10 months ago).
You might also have to install an addon or go with Microsoft Online Payment Services.
