We solved the problem by taking off the dimensions from the items it complained about, actually, I just changed the Value posting from 'Same Code' to blank.
It seems, it only have a problem on the Phys Inventory journal with dimensions on items we have given the the inventory category of IG - Intermediates. The dimensions have no value there, as only finished goods are sold, and then the dimensions collect sales info.
I am still not sure why it has no problem with the dimensions on Finished Goods.

It looks like you have dimension setup issue here, maybe a dimension is missing somewhere. You don't get any additional error message that could indicate you what to check here? Hard to troubleshoot here, also I am not sure what is your actual build used here, maybe an upgrade would help.
