Context:
- Word 2016 and Macro Enabled
- Sharpoint 2016 On Premise
- Outlook 2016 and crm plugin enabled

Problem:
i don't found the CRM Add-in ACTION in Word opening a standard mail merge template

Suggestion?

    I solved the problem.

    Plugin for Outlook configured correctly enables the office functionality
