Hi Experts ,
I have a requirement to migrate Entity data from CRM to a Web Page.
Do we have any method apart from Console App ?
Does SSIS will help in achieving this ? If Yes , does it have any Limitation ?

If you want to move a data from CRM to web application
If it is real time then either use scribe or custom webservice(call it from CRM)
IF it is one time CRM on-premise : directly use sql to import a data to other application

It is possible using SSIS, scribe etc. There is no limitation But using SSIS there are two ways.
a)need to buy a kingsway soft adaptor : less code
b)Script task: Lot of code you need to written( same as console application code)
Dont use direct db insert.
