Is there a way to send data from a form to Business Central? Would PowerApps be a good solution for this?

Hi, Power Automate might be a little more straightforward. Of course, Power Apps can also, if you need UI, or make some modifications.

In addition, if the form you are talking about is Excel, you can also directly use the Edit in Excel function.
