    Hi Astrid,

From which version you are updating? If it's cloud-hosted environment, have you tried to restart VM and resume update?

    Hi Astrid,

Could you please check the following -

    1. Are reporting services running?

    2. Are there any errors with DB synchronization?

I will check and let you know, probably on Monday because someone is using the machine to do power bi.

    Hi Astrid,

Please review carefully all .ERROR files and the log files related to step 25. There should be a hint. When it was related to the .NET framework update, it would stop at step 27.

    Thanks to everyone.

I have decided to redeploy the environment, specially since we need to move to visual studio 2017.

The error files said nothing. but I did have issues compiling one of my models.
