When CRM appointment syncs with Outlook there is no reminder set

When an appointment is created in CRM 2013 and it syncs to Outlook 2013 the default 15 minute reminder is not set. I checked the Outlook Calendar options and the default reminders is checked and set to 15 minutes.

Hi Ann,

The minimum default synchronization period for CRM is 15 minutes to Synch with Outlook.
In your case, you may verify what is the default Synchronization time set for Synchronization with Outlook.

I did confirm the default is set in Outlook. There is still no reminder when CRM syncs to Outlook.
