Hi,
We have client upgrade their GP9 to GP2010 and Business Portal from their existing lower version to BP 5.1 last month and it was succesfully working. However Business Portal Users encountering the network credential (Connecting to Web Server) window prompting regularly during the processing of records in Business Portal (sample in Purchase Request) and when they supply their credentials they will be rejected and the page display blank.
* I checked their Security Settings - Internet Zone, under User Authentication - the Automatic logon with current user name and password is mark for all zone.
* Also the Windows Aunthentication for Business Portal is enable
I'm looking a solution over the web and just found this link below similar issue but their is no solution on how to fix.

Is there any setup to configure to stop prompting the network credential?
