Download RMS Cumulative Update

Hi all,

I'm trying to download RMS Cumulative Update 5 from Partner Source using IE, but the download is not starting,i reset the Active X control settings.But still i couldn't .Please help me to download.

    the download manager can be a pain sometimes,  

    Try running the site in compatibility view mode and allow popups for the download link site.  This should allow the it to start.
