Job Scheduling Issue in ax 2012

When Production Order is scheduled for first time, route scheduling is calculated as per requirement.

But when if it is scheduled again, the scheduled start date and time changes (Scheduled after previous job run) and when it executed 3rd time it again calculates as per requirement (As per 1st calcualtion).

What could be the issue..? Is any setup parameter missing..?

Test1: Calculated for 1st time

Oper. No. Operation Resource Remain status Start date Start time End date End time
30 Assembly 1226 Route consumption 01-05-2016 00:00 01-05-2016 16:42
40 Mix/Heat 1111 Route consumption 01-05-2016 16:42 02-05-2016 01:03
40 Mix/Heat 1112 Route consumption 01-05-2016 16:42 02-05-2016 01:03

Test 2: Calculated for 2nd time

Oper. No. Operation Resource Remain status Start date Start time End date End time
30 Assembly 1226 Route consumption 01-05-2016 16:42 02-05-2016 09:24 (Incorrect) Scheduled after end time of 1st run
40 Mix/Heat 1111 Route consumption 02-05-2016 09:24 02-05-2016 17:45
40 Mix/Heat 1112 Route consumption 02-05-2016 09:24 02-05-2016 17:45

Test 3: Calculated for 3rd time

Oper. No. Operation Resource Remain status Start date Start time End date End time
30 Assembly 1226 Route consumption 01-05-2016 00:00 01-05-2016 16:42
40 Mix/Heat 1111 Route consumption 01-05-2016 16:42 02-05-2016 01:03
40 Mix/Heat 1112 Route consumption 01-05-2016 16:42 02-05-2016 01:03

When it is executed 3rd time, again it is calculated correctly as per requirement.

This cycle goes on for even and odd run.

Pls. help.

There is a parameter that is hidden from the parameter forms.  Have you tried to make this visible and set the parameter to see if it helps?

    Are you skilled at debugging?

I also tried debugging, but output calculation is received from class "Classes\WrkCtrScheduler_Prod\writeJobData" and "Classes\WrkCtrScheduler\writeJobData" but not sure how it is calculated...

This issue occurs once i enter value in "Transfer Batch" overlap qty.
