Failure In MS CRM implementation

We have purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM licenses (120 Users) and implementation was given to M/s Tectura through Microsoft. But now after 10 months M/s Tectura a Gold Partner has raised their hands and has back off from the implementation. So can any help us out, since no one from Microsoft is able to tell us where to complain.

Then where to post such issue where complete MS CRM has failed during implementation.
