In my scenario, I have to use product bundle in Work Order but I can't use it. How do I use product bundle in Work Order?

Unfortunately, you can't use product bundle in Work Order in Field service, Field Service does not support use of Product Bundles.

What about product bundles? I'd like to use them in Field Service scenarios.
Unfortunately, at this time, using product bundles within Field Service is not supported.

As a workaround, we created a work order with each of the products in the bundle, then saved as an "incident" and named it the bundle's name. This way, you can just use the incident AS the bundle and even add items if needed...
