Hi, we are noticing significant delays in open and click stats appearing in Insights on Marketing Emails sent on Customer Journeys. We are still using Outbound Marketing.
Typically, the Sent and Delivered volume will populate immediately but then we are waiting anywhere between 24-48 hours for Opens or Clicks to populate.
Is this a known issue? We haven't experienced such a gap between the send and these stats showing up before.
The delay is there.
In my environment, send and delivery are fast, opening is delayed, clicking is much worse.
Sometimes I can see which links a contact has clicked on, but the number of links clicked is still 0.
But more than 24 hours is obviously not normal, perhaps because the contact's clicks are not being recorded, or because of server delays.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to influence the behavior of the insights.
