My partner is unable to raise support tickets from LCS. As in the screenshot, tabs are disabled. It worked well even last week.

    Hi,
    You can try to get support within your finance and operations app. Select the Help button (?) in the upper-right corner of the app, and then select Support. Issues are reported on the Active issues tab in LCS. There, admins can determine whether they should provide in-house support or submit the issues to Microsoft. If it doesn't work, please wait patiently for other people's replies to determine whether this is a common problem.

    The tab pages will become active depending on the progress of the problem description. When you select the product, project and environment, you can describe shortly the issue. Then it will list possible solutions that can be reviewed, or you can continue contacting support.
