Creating a form in Portals to just send an email with attachments to specific email

Hi there, 

This is an unusual request for a CRM tool however it meets an interim step before moving to a proper solution. 

Is this possible to do with Portals? I  just need a form that sends an email to a person that can be or not in CRM as Contact or User.

So, it is a simple form function no need to create a case. 

Any elegant way of doing this will be appreciated and marked as a solution.

    Hi Blitzey

    It's possible to do with Portals but require a bit of Dynamics customizations.

    You can create Page with entity form to create entity (you can see example in Portals - "Contact Us" page which creating new lead).

    And at the Dynamics side you can create workflow to send Emil on entity creation / Write custom Plugin.

    Of course in this solution you need to create entity record, but for me it looks not bad.

    It's still possible to implement custom code at Dynamics without even creating entity - look at the link to see the idea: community.dynamics.com/.../https-uds-systems-blog

    Just to add some more ideas on how to do this:

    - It can be done using the new Dynamics Marketing , using the forms that comes with.

    The contact us form did the work for me.
