Verifying Nav License

We just purchased a Nav license through a company affiliated with Microsoft and we just wanted to make sure that we bought the right thing and not a counterfeit. How do we verify that the License is Genuine any one knowing how we can check it?

    Hi Rancy,

    The best will be to log in to CustomerSource (mbs2.microsoft.com/customersource), for which you'll need your NAV Partner to add your email address to the list of authorised users.

    Once you are logged on to that website, you'll be able to find what license entitlements your company acquired.

    Hi

    Some issues

    You can show license Information from nav client Classic or rtc and make a check of modules

    On license check customer name emission date expiration date if present and modules list in license

    Read also license.txt file always downloaded with license file .flf you can see detailed Information here

    You can request to acces to microsoft customersource portal page with customer name account to download license from there ask to partner if possibile activate it

    ,,, You you have partner license instead of customer license installed you can find more modules in modules list .
