We would like to know if anyone knows of a way to mask the SSN number on the Employee profile screen from the My Team area of the web client?
I have masked the SSN on all reports and would prefer this data not be available to anyone except HR and Payroll.

As I stated in a previous post, I was able to apply field level security to the self service class of employees that I created. This hides the SSN number when you first access on the personal tab but if you leave the personal tab, like go to the emergency contacts tab then return to the personal tab ... the SSN reappears.
