I've uninstalled/re-installed the Outlook client several times. When looking at the COM Add-Ins in Outlook, the CRM Add-In always appears in the inactive list.
Checking the box under Manage Add-Ins has no effect
I've tried enabling it using the diagnostics tool as well, but it has no effect either.
Windows 7 32-bit, Dynamics 365 version 1612 on-premise, Outlook 2016 on-premise.
How can I get this working?
