MS Dynamics GP / Printing to PDF using Remote Desktop Services

Hello,

We have recently upgraded to a GP2010 / terminal server environment. We have 2 terminal servers running 2008R2, and have started experience over 40min lag time when printing to pdf from either terminal server. We have tried numerous pdf creators such as (easy pdf, adobe pdf, and pdf lite) with no change in the lag time. Has anyone else had an issue with this?

    Hi Brandi,

I have not heard of this issue before. Please note that the only supported PDF is Adobe. With that being said have you created a Process Monitor log of when the issue occurs? Is there an Antivirus program that can be disable or uninstalled (for testing) to see if it is causing the issue?
