Customer journey triggers on links don`t work

This customer journey was tested manualy and despite clicking some links data splits randomly and doesn`t match with what there should be. What the problem can it be? Help please.

    Hi Bohdan,

    Do you mean that the marketing email wasn't send to people who actually clicked 3rd or 4th link even if these people clicked the link before the time expiration?

    As per my understanding towards your design: if you set 1 hour duration to the first two trigger tiles, then people might had to wait for 2 hours to click the 3rd link, only by doing that they were able to follow the path.

    If they clicked the 3rd or 4th link at beginning, they would be split randomly due to they jumped over previous steps.
