Page Border on rdlc report

We have a client requirement of an rdlc report with border on full page but when I am trying to add footer to the page , the border only covers the body of rdlc not the footer part. How can I apply border to whole page and have a footer inside the border as well

In RDLC reports, it is not directly possible to apply a page border that spans the entire page, including the header, body, and footer. RDLC lacks advanced formatting options like Word reports, where such a border can be applied more easily.

For this specific requirement, where a border must encompass the entire page: You should consider using a Word layout report instead. Word reports provide greater flexibility for designing elements such as borders, allowing you to achieve precise formatting requirements.

RDLC is not suitable for a full-page border requirement, and Word layout reports are the recommended solution.

@Kamal Khakhkhar I know that i can give page border but it is coming around the edges, there is no option for having a margin or padding. What I want is a rectangle on full page at some margin from the edges
