Creating a Word document in Great Plains 2010

I have two users that are trying to create a Word document when they print in GP 2010.  There is no option for Word in the drop down box.  Each user has Office 2007 installed on their computers.  Is there a place to turn this option on or could it be a permissions issue?

    Could be either John.  Send me an email and I'll shoot a document out to you that walks through the steps necessary to setup Word docs in GP.
