Hi,
I'm experiencing this pesky little challenge which I just can't seem to solve (2016 8.2 on premise).
On our account form, there is this custom field that's locked:
Problem is, I don't know what keeps it locked.
-On form definition, it isn't locked
-No javascript in place at all
-No Business Rule that affects this field (I deactivated all of them to be sure, without any result)
-No field level security in place
What more could cause this?
