Michael, thanks for using the forums! Do you know if the customer re-deployed their reports, on GP 2010. That's a necessary step, after upgrading the databases via Dynamics Utilities.
Either way, you can troubleshoot this more by looking in the "LogFiles" folder on the SSRS server It's probably under Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS(something)\Reporting Services\LogFIles.
If you run the report, and then look at the end of the most recent log file, it should show you more details about the error. Is it possible the user doesn't have permission to the database? Do other reports work?
