Add logo company as a banner and change the color in CRM

Dear All,

Please see the below mock up. I need to add the Company Logo and also need to replace the existing blue banner to the green color. I am not so sure how to replace it as I don’t know much in which platform this system running.

Please let me know how to do? Its available to do that? Please advise.
