Does anyone know if there is a Dynamics equivalent to Salesforce's Program Management. I cant see anything out of the box like Salesforce but also can't see where we'd be able to customize enough to track different program types, contacts and households enrolled in programs, benefits received from different programs, and scheduled services. Really want to stay in the MS platform. Any ideas?
