Customer Bill to address on the invoices same as delivery address

Hi,

This happen to one customer only

We had a situation that all invoices are working fine and print fine.

The Customer had no default invoice address and have more than 20 delivery address.

The invoice report shows always the delivery address same as bill address.

One user created a new address as invoice address but deleted it after a few days.

Since then all the invoices are not printing the bill to address it shows as empty.

The questions is how to make it always on the customer or invoice to have the delivery address same as bill to address.

This is happing for all the invoices current or old invoices as it is looking for this table

SELECT * FROM SalesConfirmDP.SalesConfirmHeaderTmp.

If I create a new address and added as invoice address in the customer it will print on new and old invoices.

Are you printing old invoices that referenced an address that has since been maintained? If so, the address will no longer show on the InvoiceJour record, because the address table is an Effective date table. You know this is your issue if you go to the related sales order and see the yellow bar stating "this address is no longer effective".

When I put the address as invoice address it prints and it shows under the Bill to for all invoices but the customers’ requirements to have Bill to as delivery address.

Hi Ray,

Have you tried created an invoice address that is the same as the bill to address? Make sure invoice is all that is selcted uner the advanced options for that address. Also, that it is the only invoice address for that customer.

can you go to the table and see where from your Report is pulling "bill to address" , send me screen for Report Design Navigation and code where you are pointing to addresses .

please see your report Design column , where is it pointing , make sure it will point to Delivery Address.

In DAX these two addresses are different addresses , give me more details so that I can help you on this.
