How to install Management Reporter onto a standalone workstation?

I am reluctantly trying to install Management Reporter just so I can see what it looks like. Having used FRx since day one this is going to be a tough pill to swallow. Anyway, as I read the requirements it appears this is a cleint/server application only. This will pose a problem for my clients who have simplied downloaded SQL Server Express to their WXP/Vista/W7 workstations as there will be no server and hence nothing upon which to install IIS6, not to mention whatever the heck WCF HTTP Activation  is. Is there anyway to run Management Reporter on a standalone workstation?

    Richard,

    The way Management Reporter has been engineered, it has to be on a Windows Domain to use. This will cause many of my clients problems too that are just single user systems or use Workgroups as their networking method.

    I attended a web seminar where the instructor stated for demo purposes that a Virtual PC Image of a Server OS and Domain would have to be created to put this on a laptop.

    I don't think many people are happy about this.

    Well then this is just another useless application that Microsoft has created that cannot be used in a single user environment. They never consider their full audience when they design new software. I will continue to use FRx for now and the foreseeable future.
