Label Printing from GP

Hi All

I've had the below email from my warehouse and I need some help with it. Can anyone give us a hand please?

"Hiya,

We have a slight problem down here, we would like to print label’s directly from GP, this is done when booking in, APC already have this function and makes life so much easier. Russell has installed what’s called the ZEBRA printer on my pc, but does not know how to install it through GP. Would you be able to pose this question on your forum and see if we can get any help??"

Where have you found the option of printing labels in GP? For GP do you use local printers or network printers?

Hi

I'm afraid I have no idea where they've found that, or even if they have! We use network printers. I would have thought it was the same as setting up a network printer (however that is done) and select the properties to print labels at the time but that is probably too simple.

I'm not familiar with APC?

What kind of labels are required, despatch labels, product labels, pallet labels, others?
