Printer Setup

I just installed the SL client on a new laptop for a user.  It's running Vista, and when trying to setup a printer it does nothing.  I try telling it to use the default printer in Windows but nothing happens.  We had no problems on XP, so I assume it may be a Vista-related problem?

Any help is appreciated.
