Hello,
This morning we have a salesperson whose personal dashboards have disappeared, no reports he's created are visible to him and they're not showing in the reports list. Another salesperson says some of his records are mixed up. This happened overnight.
Any ideas what to look for?

No, his security role wasn't changed. Nothing changed for him setting-wise.

Have there been any changes to the security roles of the salesperson? This is a potential cause of the problem.
More info. . .The user was part of a team (2 people). The other team member removed himself from the team last night. We think this is what caused the disappearing dashboard. Are we correct?
