CRM 2011 compatible with Office 365

Hi Experts,

I just need some information is CRM 2011 compatible with Office 365.

    You will have to install it via package, msi file and not click to run

    I saw this link only thing I am confused with is that it says  Office 2016 (MSI install only)..

    Hi Hemant,

    When you will buy O365, you will receive the latest version of office, which is Office 2016 and as part of that you will get Outlook 2016. to answer your question, yes it is compatible. here's a list of all compatible items with CRM 2011:

    As far as I am aware Office 365 does not contain MS CRM.

    my question is basically if we Office 365 can we install outlook client for CRM 2011 and is it compatible.

    Hi Hemant,

    I believe, Office 365 is online model which contains MS CRM, Sharepoint, Exchange Server and etc.

    The online version is always the latest version (Latest for MS CRM -> version 2016 Update 1).

    Unless, if you are existing client using the oldest version permitted is MS CRM version 2016.

    If you are using On-premise MS CRM (at which you can host CRM2011). Pls advice if you are looking to integrate On-premise MS CRM to Online Office 365.
