All the field values are gone within the Advanced Find

Hi, 

Does anyone know the reason why all the field values are gone within the Advanced Find and a solution to get them back? There's a posting in this Community that had the same issue, but a solution was never discovered. I tried reset IIS, but it didn't solve the problem and I also verified all the "Searchable" checkbox within in the field are checked.

Any ideas?

    Long story short, due to the customizations done by the vendor, we are stuck in Update Rollup 6...

    CRM website URL is already part of the Compatibility View settings list.

    Hi Nithya,

    Thanks for responding. There weren't any changes applied to the entity, so I didn't go through the publishing process. However, I just published it to see if it would make a difference, but I'm still seeing the same results.

    I believe that feature was introduced in Update Rollup 12, so you would have to apply the update. You can also try adding the CRM web site URL to Internet Explorer's Compatibility View settings list.

    Have you tried going to the solution containing the entity and publishing all the customisations?

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for responding. "Load in the latest version of Internet Explorer" is not an option within the Customization tab. I went online and found screenshots of the Customization tab that do contain a checkbox for "Load in the latest version of Internet Explorer"; however, I don't see it at my end.

    Try going to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Customization, and unchecking the box for "Load in the latest version of Internet Explorer."

    Maybe this, then, but it would be strange if it had been done to all of the fields:

    EDIT: Just realized you've checked that already.. So it's not "searchable" either..

    Thanks for responding!

    No, there wasn't a browser update installed recently. We are still on MSCRM 2011, so it's not compatible with other browsers. The weird thing is that this is only the entity that I have issues with. Other entities' fields showed up fine.

    Hi,

     this looks like a browser issue - did you have a browser update installed recently?

     Try another browser and see what happens (chrome, firefox, edge, etc)
