Hello,
I can not find an easy way to send reply on a case from a Queue, is it possible? in the "From" field in the email I can only choose a User not a Queue.

You can't send a manual reply from a Queue mailbox, only an automatic reply.

I solved it with a real-time workflow, to set the queue in the field "From" in the email.
