I have a client that would like to track deleted sales order numbers in Great Plains. Currently, they have many “gaps” in their order number sequence. What happens to deleted numbers? Can the deleted order numbers be re-used? Is there a way to track order numbers so they can see what happened to each one in a sequence?

I have the same question (0)you are better off to only alow voids instead of alow deletes. This would let you track those numbers. This is set on each document type in the SOP setup screen.
