Printing Report Problems after 2022 YE Update

Installed the 2022 Year End Update today and received no errors.  Several users are now having issues printing reports.  Posting journals are printing without full account numbers.  Some users are crashing when trying to run reports.  We have never had an issue in the past like this.  Any idea what may have happened.  They are not modified reports and it isn't happening to everyone.

    Hi Michelle,

This can happen if the Dynamics.dic gets out of sync with the account framework.   Please access this document and read the purple note and the 3 causes below it.  (see #2 if report is not modified)

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-gp/financials/general-ledger#chapter-31-general-ledger-reports

Hope this helps,   Please mark as answer if it does.  Thank you in advance.

One additional item to add to Cheryl's link:  Recreating forms dictionaries should also be included (even though it seems like it is a reports issue).

This can be a challenge if you didn't export your modifications before you upgraded.

And, please, vote here for the ability to import modified windows (like we can do with modified reports):

Here is an oddity I have never seen before after applying the 2002 year-end update. The GL TB Summary would not print the middle segment. Even re-synchronizing did not help.   What solved the issue was to copy a DYNAMICS.DIC from a workstation that I had upgraded to this computer which was a workstation that the client had updated. Somehow security was stopping the DYNAMICS.DIC file from being updated. I informed the client to give full control to the GP sub-folder or to try to install GP into some folder other that C:\Program Files (x86).
