5Hello Experts,
Hope you all are safe and healthy:)
We have one project for upgradation, having requirement to upgrade six onpremise D365 CRM instance(that include the modules - Service, Sales and Marketing) into a single online instance.
Findings
- All the six instances are six different environments
- Entities are same but type of custom attributes are not same.
- Security role name may be same but permissions are different in all the instances
- Having more than one publishers
Can anyone knows the tool for upgradation or anyone can share the steps to upgrade.
