How to Migrate AX 2012 R2 CU7 to Dynamics 365 for Operation

Hi,

   I have some internal customisation in AX 2012 R2 CU7, I wants to move those current customisation into Dynamics 365 for operation,

I'm new to code migration and beginner for  Dynamic 365, can any give step by step guidance,kindly list out the possible ways to do too.

    Official documentation mentions about migrating from AX 2012 R3 to D365. In an old thread it was discussed that upgrade is possible from older versions of AX 2012 as well.  So try migration process using AX 2012 R2 modelstore first if that doesn't work you'll have to upgrade to AX 2012 R3 then follow the steps from the documentation.
