I am not sure what I need or if D365 is overkill for me.
What I'm looking for is a CRM where I can track phone calls, emails, SMS, etc. with my clients. I also need a "client portal" where the client can log into their portal, download or upload documents, their invoices, complete tasks I give them, leave me messages, etc.
I am a startup consulting/tax company. I am single member.
I don't care about "sales metrics", omni-channel this or that, etc. I don't really even know what all that is.
Can anyone offer suggestions on how I can / should do this?
