Considerations when copying org with Marketing to sandbox

I want to make a full copy of a D365 instance where Marketing is installed to a sandbox, and I am following the guidelines here. In the source org, I have set up CDS-A export of Marketing data to blob storage.

My question - do I need to "stop" the CDS-A connector configuration in the source org before I do the full copy?

    Hello Adner,

    Stopping custom Blob Storage export should not be necessary as only data from CDS will be copied

    Thanks for the response Ghufran!

    There is a record in the CDS - the "CDS-A Connector Configuration" (msdyncrm_cdsaconnectorconfiguration) where the export configuration is saved. This record is in a "live" state and can be "stopped".

    Since the documentation states that we "must move all your running live records to a stopped state" before doing a fully copy, I just wanted to double-check whether this record also should be moved to a stopped state before doing the full copy?
