CRM 2011 shows Mobile view instead of Normal web view on Chrome even though i have installed UR17

When i log in to the CRM using my credentials on Chrome, it redirects me to the Mobile Express page, but when i try logging in using IE it works fine. Now I remotely Logged in to the Production Server remotely and opened Google Chrome in the server and tried logging in the server, it works fine.

I was just not sure where to look for error, please help. Any help will be really appreciated.

    try adding this site to compatibility mode as see if you still get the error.

    Arpita,

    Thank you so much for the response but I did tried to add the site in a compatibility mode and it still returns me the Mobile Express page of CRM.

    The weird part about this error is the CRM works totally fine with IE browser, but not with non IE browsers like Chrome or Mozilla. Then I logged in to my Production Server Remotely and opened Google Chrome there and typed my CRM URL and it was working totally fine over there. I just can't figure out where I need to change the settings.

    This issue is very specific to one machine that you are testing on and other machine I'm sure with chrome and firefox wont give this issue like you also confirmed checking it in Production server.

    Try and reset your browsers of affected machine. In  the past when I have got this issue in  IE I added them in compatibility mode and that worked. I can research on it and will let you know by tomorrow.

    Arpita,

    I am really appreciate all the suggestions you're providing me and i did tried resetting the browser but you might be right about I am getting this issue with my testing machine but i did tried testing on 3-4 machines and out of that i got perfectly fine CRM page on 2 of them while the other 2 of them were showing me same Mobile Express page. I am really confused on this, and would like to apologize in advance if my doubt is confusing you. But please do give me more suggestions if you have.

    I know this is probably too late to help you, but this page is coming up when searching for this problem.


    For me it was going to default.aspx, if I specified main.aspx then I got the full view.

    Hey Dave,

    My apologies for the late response but please make sure that UR is installed correctly. In my there were load balanced servers, one server was good with installation of Rollups while the other one was still running on the old Rollup which end up causing the issue.
