Hello All Experts,
I have created a same duplicate copy of the form with some other name.
and exported the solution as managed and deployed on the other instance.
When i am checking in the instance the two forms are being seen with the same name say Xform.
why this is happening on that instance, can anyone help me in resolving this.

i have both the entities, system as well as custom.
yes i have copied the default form and save as with OLD as suffix.
is it the case it's causing the issue.
Is this a system or custom entity.
If system, is the form that you renamed the default form for the entity?
I have checked that also but there are also two names.
When importing duplication of name happening.
With form versions are different.

when export the solution - open the XML and see what is the name of forms there just to be sure that at the time of export from Dev what is the value.

I have tried that as well.even I have tried overriding the existing customization while importing the managed solution, but no use.
Isn't there any feasible way , or is it the bug in the product.
Use a update patch while exporting the managed solution. Hope this will resolve the issue.

in my source environment i have both the forms, but when i am deploying it to the production as managed then only two forms with same names are visible as discussed earlier.
As stupid as it may seem, can you check if your managed solution contains both your forms?
