Cycle Count "In use/locked by system" status

Good day, We created an inventory cycle count journal. It appears there were no line created and it shows a status of "locked by system."

What action is taken to give the status of "locked by system" and how can that be undone so we can delete those journals as we do not need to post them.

Hi Anilda,

Go to your journal and switch to "Blocking" tab, un-tick the box next to "Locked by system". It should allow you to delete the journal.

we face this issue when client hang and closed just untick this check box
