But I've not registered any plug-ins yet .

    These are default plug-ins only.

It does sound like you have at least one plugin registered for the Create message of the Opportunity entity and this plugin is trying to do stuff that won't work with the state of the imported opportunities. Try to disable any plugins registered for the opportunity entity and re-import the failed rows again.

Is there any plugin/real time workflow written on create of an opportunity? That might be causing the issue.

Here i have attached the error screen.

In my CRM environment I've added so many custom fields and removed all BPFs .

Do you see any additional details in the import errors?

    blog.xrm.com/.../troubleshooting-data-import-errors

    Which opportunity etc..

If those are all new opportunities, I am wondering if, maybe, you are setting a status field to closed and that's affecting the import somehow.. If not that, then do you have any plugins or workflows that would kick in for new opportunities to update any of the existing opportunities?

    Thanks for your reply Alex,

I've tried to import new opportunities those are very new to crm and i also checked the radio button of allow duplicates as yes . FYI i am importing the opportunity data as "csv" format

    Hi,

how are you importing them? Do any of them exist in CRM? For example, if some of them are in CRM, already, yet they are closed.. and you are trying to update some field on such opportunities when importing them, that's probably one reason you'd be getting this error message. There is no solution to this problem - you just need to re-open such opportunities first.
