Hi,
I just want to ask if it is possible to display the "Item Message" on the HTML Status Bar? It something like other than Message Prompt, HTML Status will also get the attention of the cashier regarding the item that was scanned.
Sample of Item Message is Like this: "Battery is not included in this item." Once the cashier press OK on the prompt, He / She may forget the message.

What makes you think they will remember the message if its in the HTML screen too? As soon as you ring another item up, it might change too!
More/better training seems appropriate. Sometimes firing someone gets their attention too!
