I am admitedly new to the D365 community, but I have not found any tips that relate to my scenario. I have 5 365 tenants connected in a multi tenant organization, with access and synchronization flowing between all the tenants. The BC D365 instance is connected to the MTO owner tenant. currently we have one company set up and are starting on the second company - within the same instance.
I will call the owner tenant as tenant A and the member tenant as tenant B. I have a shared mailbox (accounting) on tenant B which has delegated full access to a user from tenant A. I am trying to set the email connector as accounting at tenant B to be used by a user from tenant A.
Adding a new company for tenant C. I can assign licenses to tenant C users but am still stuck on connecting email.
I have probably not explained this very well, please go easy. Thank you in advance
