Sandbox license for user differs from Production

I recently added 2 new users to a Business Central trial, which also updated my license in Production. Now, when I attempt to push some report code in my Sandbox, I get the error "You do not have the following permissions on TableData Published Application: IndirectInsert" related to my license. When comparing my Production and Sandbox permissions, I do not show the Information Worker license in the Sandbox. I was previously able to push my report code from Visual Studio Code before this happened.

Do I need to somehow refresh my Sandbox environment?

    It seems like a license issue, I would recommend you to contact Microsoft and check your license.

    It is a license issue. I created another sandbox and it pulled in the appropriate license and permissions. I refreshed my user data in the original sandbox from Microsoft 365 and though it still lists as "conflict" it allowed me to push the modified report.
