Is there is any way to change delivery address of the Purchase Order in the D365 F&O. We recently updated delivery address of the Legal Entity and existing PO still reflect previous address. I want to change the address on PO.
Any help would be much appreciated.

When you modify the delivery address in the PO header do you get a question regarding line updates? After you have answered the question with yes, is the delivery address in the lines changed?
I assume you have change management active. Please check the parameter "Activate change management". If this parameter = TRUE you have to use the function "Request change" in the PO header otherwise your modification will not be saved.

If you just un-select > save and select > Save again the site on PO header and update to all PO line, it should change the delivery address automatically.
