    Hello MDawood,

Can you give me specific examples to test?  What screens give different results and what are your searching for?

    Hi MDawood,

When searching in the Customer Lookup screen, what are you using in the Search By and Using fields?

Also, I'm working in SL 2011 SP1 - my detailed version info is 8.01.30314.  What is your version?

    Thanks.

    Hi  Carolyn,

    I'm working in  SL 2011 SP1  Build 7601 , version 8.0.1.201108.01(8.0.0.0).

I want to note that by invistaigation in my Issue I found that in SP "Customer_lookup" as it is the responsble for getting the result the screen.

I had run the final select statment for two times  and  i found the same issue. it may be a problem in SQL behavior when selecting  using  multiple join.

Can you please Advice and Thank you for your helping,

    MDawood

    Hello MDawood,

You didn't say what you were selecting in the Search By option.  Are you using Site Name?  If so, there are problems with that option.  Can you tell me what you are selecting in the Search By and the Using options?  Thanks.

    Hi Carolyn,

I am using serach by Address1. I right  "182 Pine"

Note : Frist time will be differant then the othe times you will have. which mean first time you will get

    this order

    Customer 1

    Customer 2

    Customer 3

the second time and the other times :

    Customer 2

    Customer 3

    Customer 1

so try to get the first result as it have a unique order. If you want to regenerate the issue try a new adress  you have.

    Thank you,

    MDawood

    Hi MDawood,

I have tested this issue.  I made sure I had several customers with the same address.  Some have records in both SOAddress and SMSOAddress.  Others only have information in SOAddress.  I followed your instructions and each time I click Refresh when searching on Address1, the customers appear in the same order.

Perhaps there is a problem with the indexes on those two tables.  You could reindex those two tables.  Do you have a demo database created?  You could compare the indexes on those two tables in the demo database to the indexes on those two tables in your production database.
